Photos: Cultural figures (Juneau Empire)

Under the direction of teacher Amy Jo Meiners, each kindergarten through fifth-grade student created a figure dressed to represent a different culture from around the world. The fourth- and fifth-grade students made their own mini-museums, featuring their dolls as artifacts.
